More Information about the Delco GM 2700 ETR Radio.
There are 4 multiple wire connectors that need to be properly connected. The 2 wire (brown & orange) connector supplies power to the clock and also connects the display dimmer. The Black 4 wire connector supplies power (+12 volts Yellow) Black wire ties to the negative supply. Pink wire is switched +12V for the power antenna. Gray wire ties to the parking lights for dimmer. Blue & Clear connectors with 4 wires each are for front and rear speakers.

Can the yellow display changed to red? The answer is Yes....But only certain models.

- The Delco ETR radio with DNR button was introduced in 1981 for the Cadillac and other GM cars. It was not installed in any Pontiac
- All Pontiac Pace Cars Have the Red Display ETR option available only to Pontiac.
- The 1979 10th anniversary Trans Am also
has the red illuminated radio.
